A villa to swim amongst the treetops
The Treetop Villa stands elevated over the treetops to maximise exposure to the wondrous nature about – taking advantage of the views towards the horizon framing its surroundings.
The elevated position allows the villa to have little impact on the ground plane allowing the undisturbed natural landscape to flow under the villa as an integral part of the design.
The Treetop villa is designed to be orientated on the parcel to maximise the performance and experiential qualities, channeling prevailing winds to cool the interior spaces as well as framing sunrises, sunsets, and the path of the moon on either side of the structure.
The Treetop Villa is structured over two floors and has an optional basement level incorporating an exercise pool, spa and gym. The main level, the upper floor can accommodate between 3-6 bedrooms and bathrooms in different configurations, each Treetop Villa having a ‘great room’ including a kitchen, dining area and an expansive living area with a fireplace.
The roof terrace has an open-air cinema on one side of the stairwell, and on the other a roof top pool and relaxation platform, a roof top lounge, dining area and bar.
There is a separate guest pavilion in the garden with can accommodate one or more private bedrooms, bathrooms and a living room. In the garden there is an outdoor kitchen and dining area, outdoor fireplace, lounging and terrace area for sunbathing set amongst a landscaped garden.
Treetop Villa is a dramatic design raised up to take advantage of far reaching views from the main living level and the entertainment pool level. This is a grand statement of architecture constructed from high quality preformed concrete and other luxury hardwoods and interior materials.
Each Treetop villa can be configured to orientate ideally towards the best views to the ocean or across the land, from a 3-bedroom villa including a guest bedroom pavilion of 358m2 to a six bedroom villa with a two guest room pavilion and a full spa of 900m2
